Wild Iris provides wellness and beauty therapies in a luxury woodland setting. Set just down from our Birchwood restaurant at Flimwell Park, a 46-acre ancient woodland development on the borders of East Sussex and Kent.
Using natural, organic products and oils rich in antioxidants and vitamins, Wild Iris therapists offer a range of wellness treatments using holistic techniques that focus on creating a whole-body experience. There are also a range of classic beauty treatments available, from manicures and pedicures to waxing, lashes and brows.
BIRCHWOOD STUDIO
Birchwood Studio is a sanctuary for holistic wellness, yoga, pilates, and more. Located at Flimwell Park, above our Birchwood restaurant, this calming space is fully equipped and has captivating views over the treetops—the perfect setting to reconnect with nature, find your balance. and rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul.
We host regular classes, workshops and retreats and the space is available to hire for practitioners, courses or meetings.
